Orange County is where Molly began. Dr. Margaret "Molly" Calder opened the first office in Newport Center in 1994, and Molly Newport Beach, a short drive from Fashion Island and Hoag Hospital, is still our flagship. It is one of three offices offering cleft and craniofacial care and the home base of Dr. William Carver, our Chief Medical Officer. Molly Irvine, next to Hoag Hospital Irvine on Sand Canyon Avenue, followed in 1999 and is where our oral surgery fellow trains.
South County patients from Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch and Laguna Woods come to Molly Mission Viejo on Crown Valley Parkway, where a periodontist works alongside our surgeons. On the coast, Molly Huntington Beach has served Surf City families since 2003. In North County, Molly Anaheim Hills focuses on corrective jaw and sleep apnea surgery, and Molly Fullerton, our newest Orange County office, sits on Harbor Boulevard near St. Jude Medical Center and Cal State Fullerton.
Every Orange County office has an anesthesia provider on the schedule for general anesthesia, and Newport Beach and Irvine also see patients on Saturday mornings. Each office is AAAHC-accredited, and every surgery starts with one written estimate that covers imaging, anesthesia, surgery and follow-ups.
Communities we serve: Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Huntington Beach, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, Fullerton, and the surrounding area.
Most requested in Orange County

Removal of erupted or impacted wisdom teeth by a board-certified oral surgeon, with IV sedation available and a call from your surgeon the evening after.

A titanium implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and supports a natural-looking crown. Every Molly implant is planned on a 3D CBCT scan.

A full arch of fixed teeth supported by four to six implants, often with a provisional bridge the same day. Planned by a surgeon and an in-house prosthodontist.

Bone grafting restores the height and width of the jaw where bone has been lost, so implants can be placed securely. Planned on a 3D CBCT scan.

Simple and surgical extractions for broken, infected or crowded teeth, with local anesthetic or IV sedation. Your surgeon plans the replacement before the tooth comes out.

IV sedation lets you rest deeply through oral surgery while you keep breathing on your own, with heart rhythm, oxygen and breathing monitored throughout.

Patient reviews
Years of clicking and morning headaches. Dr. Novak was methodical and started with a splint and physical therapy rather than jumping to anything invasive. The headaches are mostly gone. The Saturday appointment was a big help with my work schedule.
Dr. Moreau grafted two areas of recession. He showed me photos of what to expect during healing, which helped. The estimate was exact, and my insurance paid what they said it would.
I have severe dental anxiety and needed several teeth out. Marisol Vega explained the anesthesia step by step and stayed with me throughout. I woke up comfortable. Small office, very calm.
Implant went well and Dr. Mitchell was thorough. The lobby was busy on a Monday so I waited about 20 minutes, which is the only reason for four stars. The results are great.
I needed a sinus lift before an implant and was worried. Dr. Chen explained it carefully, and a Korean-speaking team member went over everything with my mother, who came with me. Healing was smooth and the implant went in four months later.
Dr. Pham exposed our son's impacted canine so his orthodontist could bring it down. Quick procedure, clear instructions, and a call that evening. Our son said the smoothie afterward was the best part.
