Oral surgery in Rancho Cucamonga

Rancho Cucamonga opened in 2017 on Civic Center Drive, a block from City Hall and a few minutes from Victoria Gardens and the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink station. Patients come from Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Upland, Ontario, Fontana and Claremont, and many commute to Los Angeles or Orange County during the week, which is why we open on Saturday mornings.

Dr. Jessica Alvarez removes wisdom teeth and places implants, and she provides IV sedation for teens and adults who are anxious about surgery. Students from Los Osos, Rancho Cucamonga and Etiwanda High are a large part of her schedule, along with Chaffey College students. Her Saturday teen evaluations are popular with working parents.

Dr. Michael Osei performs full-arch implant surgery, corrective jaw surgery and sleep apnea surgery here on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orthodontists from Upland to Fontana send him patients whose bites need surgical correction, and he works with local sleep physicians on jaw advancement for patients who cannot tolerate CPAP.

Jordan Ellis, a certified registered nurse anesthetist, provides general anesthesia on Mondays and Wednesdays. Jaw and sleep apnea surgery is usually billed to medical insurance, and our coordinators will estimate your share in writing before scheduling. Our team includes Spanish and Tagalog speakers, and parking is free right outside. Because so many of our patients commute, we try to schedule surgery early in the week so recovery days fall before the weekend rather than in the middle of a work week.
