Oral surgery in Temecula

Temecula opened in 2022 on Jefferson Avenue, on the west side of the 15 between Winchester Road and Rancho California Road. Old Town Temecula is a few minutes south, and Promenade Temecula and Temecula Valley Hospital are a short drive away. Patients come from Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Fallbrook and the wine country along Rancho California Road.

Dr. Nathan Cole places implants and bone grafts, and he is our go-to surgeon for implant-supported dentures, which suit many of the retirees who have moved to the valley. Dr. Victoria Sato places implants and sinus lifts and performs full-arch surgery; she splits her week between Temecula and Escondido. Both surgeons remove wisdom teeth, and students from Great Oak, Temecula Valley and Chaparral High make up much of the summer schedule.

Jordan Ellis, a certified registered nurse anesthetist, provides general anesthesia on Thursdays. That is our main full-arch surgery day, so patients replacing all of their teeth can choose to sleep through the procedure with a dedicated anesthesia provider monitoring them.

Before this office opened, many valley patients drove to Riverside or Escondido for surgery. Now consultations, surgery and follow-ups happen here. The suite is on the ground floor with free parking at the door, and we can recommend quiet places in Old Town for drivers who would rather wait outside the office. Your surgeon calls that evening.
