Content on the Site, including articles in The Molly Journal, is for general information only and isn’t a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. Using the Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Online booking

Consultation requests made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you to adjust a time, or to gather health or insurance information needed to prepare for your visit. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Pricing and offers

Prices and offers shown on the Site are typical starting points and may vary with your examination, imaging, anesthesia and insurance. Your written quote governs. Offers can’t be combined and may not apply to patients with government-funded insurance where prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, logos and design are owned by Molly or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites such as map, financing or review platforms. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molly isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
