For years, Inland Empire patients drove to Orange County for complex implant and jaw surgery. Molly Riverside changed that in 2016. It sits on Brockton Avenue near Riverside Plaza, a few minutes from the Mission Inn, UC Riverside and California Baptist University, and it is one of five Molly offices offering zygomatic and pterygoid implants for patients told they did not have enough bone.
Molly Rancho Cucamonga, on Civic Center Drive near Victoria Gardens, serves Upland, Ontario, Fontana and Etiwanda, and opens on Saturday mornings for consultations. Molly Temecula, on Jefferson Avenue near Old Town, covers Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar and the wine country along Rancho California Road.
A certified registered nurse anesthetist rotates between all three offices, so general anesthesia is available without leaving the region. Our surgeons in the Inland Empire are used to long drives home, so we plan surgery times and escort arrangements around them.
Communities we serve: Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Ontario, Fontana, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and the surrounding area.
Most requested in the Inland Empire

Removal of erupted or impacted wisdom teeth by a board-certified oral surgeon, with IV sedation available and a call from your surgeon the evening after.

A titanium implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and supports a natural-looking crown. Every Molly implant is planned on a 3D CBCT scan.

A full arch of fixed teeth supported by four to six implants, often with a provisional bridge the same day. Planned by a surgeon and an in-house prosthodontist.

Bone grafting restores the height and width of the jaw where bone has been lost, so implants can be placed securely. Planned on a 3D CBCT scan.

Simple and surgical extractions for broken, infected or crowded teeth, with local anesthetic or IV sedation. Your surgeon plans the replacement before the tooth comes out.

IV sedation lets you rest deeply through oral surgery while you keep breathing on your own, with heart rhythm, oxygen and breathing monitored throughout.

Patient reviews
My implant went well and Dr. Alvarez was great. It took a couple of calls to get my insurance pre-approval sorted, but the office kept me updated. Happy with the result.
Dr. Cole fitted my lower denture onto implants. It does not move anymore when I talk or eat. Jordan, the nurse anesthetist, explained the sedation and kept me comfortable. No surprises on the bill.
Had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Cole the week after graduation. The team was calm and explained everything to my mom. Back to normal in about five days.
Dr. Sato replaced my upper and lower teeth. Jordan Ellis handled the anesthesia and I remember nothing of the surgery. Dr. Sato called me that night. Three months on, I had my first steak in six years at a winery dinner.
Brought my son in on a Saturday for an evaluation. Dr. Alvarez showed us the 3D scan and explained that two of the four would likely cause trouble. No pressure. We scheduled surgery for spring break and it went smoothly.
After 20 years of dentures, three offices told me I had no bone left for implants. Dr. Osei explained zygomatic implants with my own scan and gave me one written price. I did not have to drive to the coast. My first steak in six years was at my anniversary dinner.
Why Molly
Every Molly surgeon is board-certified or a fellow working under one. You meet your surgeon at your consultation, not on the day of surgery.
IV sedation and general anesthesia with continuous monitoring, and a dedicated anesthesia provider for longer cases. Every office is AAAHC-accredited.
Imaging, anesthesia, surgery and follow-ups in one written estimate before anything is scheduled. We check your dental and medical insurance for you.
Your surgeon calls the evening after surgery, and a surgeon answers our 24/7 line any night of the week.
Possibly. Dr. Michael Osei places zygomatic and pterygoid implants, which can avoid lengthy grafting. Your complimentary 3D scan will show whether you are a candidate.
Plan on a full morning for full-arch, or about two hours for wisdom teeth. We schedule long-distance patients early so you are home before evening traffic.
Yes. We see consultations and teen evaluations from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Surgery is scheduled on weekdays.
