About Jordan

Jordan Ellis is a certified registered nurse anesthetist who provides anesthesia at Molly’s Inland Empire offices. She began her career as an ICU nurse, then earned her Master of Science in nurse anesthesia through the Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia and California State University, Fullerton, and later her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of San Diego. She has practiced anesthesia since 2011 and joined Molly in 2016, when the Riverside office opened.

She works with Dr. Michael Osei and the Inland Empire surgeons on full-arch, jaw and longer cases, and for patients with medical conditions that call for a dedicated anesthesia provider. She reviews each health history before surgery, monitors ECG, pulse oximetry and capnography throughout, and stays with patients through recovery. Patients often mention her steady, matter-of-fact manner.

Outside the operating room

She trail runs in Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park and spends weekends restoring an old bungalow in Riverside’s Wood Streets.
