Guide patients from consultation to surgery day at Molly Beverly Hills on Wilshire Boulevard. You will turn our surgeons’ plans into one clear written estimate, check dental and medical benefits, explain financing, and schedule full-arch, implant and jaw surgery cases with the surgeon, prosthodontist and anesthesia team.

What you’ll do

  • Meet patients after their consultation and walk through the written estimate line by line
  • Verify dental and medical benefits and submit predeterminations with the Support Center billing team
  • Explain financing options, including CareCredit, Sunbit, Proceed Finance and our 0% in-house plans up to 12 months
  • Schedule surgery, anesthesia, prosthodontic and follow-up visits so each case runs in the right order
  • Send pre-operative instructions and confirm escorts and fasting instructions before surgery day
  • Keep referring dentists updated on their patients’ treatment plans and dates

What you’ll bring

  • Two or more years as a treatment or surgical coordinator in oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics or a dental specialty office
  • Working knowledge of dental PPO plans and CDT codes; medical billing familiarity is a plus
  • Comfort presenting fees of several thousand dollars clearly and without pressure
  • Experience with dental practice management software and digital imaging
  • Spanish, Farsi or Korean a plus
