Be the first person patients meet at Molly Pasadena on South Fair Oaks Avenue. You will greet patients and escorts, book consultations, answer questions about referrals and insurance, and keep a busy surgical schedule running on time for our surgeons, prosthodontist and anesthesia team.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome patients and escorts, check them in and make sure forms and consents are complete
  • Answer calls and online requests and book consultations, usually within 48 hours
  • Collect referrals and imaging from referring dentists and confirm insurance details before visits
  • Collect payments and explain balances clearly and kindly
  • Confirm next-day surgery patients, their escorts and their pre-operative instructions

What you’ll bring

  • One or more years in a front-office role in dental, medical or another patient-facing setting
  • A warm, calm phone manner and the ability to keep a full schedule organized
  • Basic familiarity with dental insurance, or a willingness to learn it quickly
  • Comfort with scheduling software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish or Armenian a plus
