Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Per Diem)

Provide IV sedation and general anesthesia for full-arch, implant and longer oral surgery cases at Molly Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga and Temecula. You will work alongside Jordan Ellis, DNP, CRNA, and our Inland Empire surgeons, with daytime hours, no call and a schedule you set a month ahead.

What you’ll do

  • Review health histories, medications and fasting instructions before each surgery day
  • Provide IV sedation and general anesthesia for office-based oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • Monitor ECG, pulse oximetry, capnography and blood pressure continuously and keep complete anesthesia records
  • Manage recovery and discharge with the surgical team, and help keep emergency equipment and drugs ready
  • Take part in quarterly emergency drills and Molly’s anesthesia quality reviews

What you’ll bring

  • Active California RN license and current NBCRNA certification as a CRNA
  • Two or more years of independent anesthesia practice; office-based or ambulatory experience preferred
  • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
  • Comfort with airway management in an office setting and with medically complex adults
  • Availability for at least two surgery days a month across the three offices
