Insurance Verification Specialist

Support all 23 Molly offices from our Support Center at 2 Park Plaza in Irvine, with a hybrid schedule after training. You will verify dental and medical benefits before each consultation and surgery so that every patient’s written estimate is accurate, which is how we keep our promise of one clear quote.

What you’ll do

  • Verify dental PPO benefits, frequencies, waiting periods and remaining maximums before consultations and surgery
  • Check medical insurance for jaw surgery, trauma, pathology and sleep apnea cases, including referrals and prior authorizations
  • Submit predeterminations and track them to a decision
  • Record benefits clearly in the practice management system so office coordinators can build accurate estimates
  • Confirm Denti-Cal eligibility for patients under 21 at the offices that accept it
  • Answer questions from office teams and patients by phone, email and chat

What you’ll bring

  • Two or more years verifying dental or medical insurance benefits
  • Working knowledge of CDT codes; familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 a strong plus
  • Experience with major carriers such as Delta Dental of California, Cigna, MetLife and Blue Shield of California
  • Careful attention to detail and comfort working through a daily queue
  • A quiet, reliable home workspace for remote days after training
